How do I check the balance on a digital gift card?

Some merchants support balance checks through your ShoppingBoss account. This service is provided by the merchants and beyond our control. If balance check is not an available option or does not work, simply go to the merchants website and look for their gift card section on their website. They will often provide a check balance feature. As an alternate, most of our gift cards have a phone number or website printed on them that provides balance instructions. Further, if you are at the store, they should be able to pull up the gift card balance for you there as well.
